|Cancellation policy:
If cancelled before 14.00 hrs, 1 day before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of check-in after 6.00 p.m. on the arrival date, please notify the hotel. If the hotel has not been notified the reservation is automatically cancelled and the room can be re-booked. In this case the total amount of the reservation will still be charged.
Payment
We accept cash payments in USD, Euro, SEK and the following credit card types; Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American express.
Customers paying for their stay by credit card will be charged a 5% bank fee with the acception of Danish credit cards.
